Always reliable, great mop

I've ordered from MopRobo a few times now, mainly for replacement parts for my cordless pickup mop. This last order was for a new set of microfiber roller refills and a cleaning solution. The process was smooth as usual, just like my previous purchases. Shipping was quick and everything arrived well-packaged. It's nice to know what to expect. The mop itself continues to be a lifesaver, especially with pet hair. It works just as well now as it did when I first got it.

Fast delivery, good product

Ordered a replacement battery for my MopRobo. It arrived two days earlier than the tracking said. Battery works fine, charges well. Easy to install. No issues.

Detailed thoughts on the mop

I recently purchased the Moprobo cordless pickup mop along with some microfiber roller refills and the floor deep cleaner. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, pretty standard. Shipping took about five business days, which was within the estimated timeframe. When it arrived, everything was well-packaged. Assembly of the mop was simple enough, just clicked a few pieces together. I used it on my tile floors, and it did a good job of picking up a spilled drink and some dog hair. The noise level was indeed much lower than my old vacuum, which was a big plus. The battery lasted long enough for me to clean my kitchen and living room. I did notice that the cleaning solution seemed to run out a bit faster than I expected, but the deep cleaner worked well on some tougher spots. Overall, it's a solid cleaning tool, handles spills efficiently. The usability is good, it's light and easy to maneuver. Customer support wasn't needed, so I can't speak to that.

Pretty decent experience

I needed new disposable wands and a mop head attachment, so I hopped on MopRobo's site. It was easy to find what I needed, which is always a relief. Checkout was straightforward, and my stuff got here in about a week. Nothing fancy, but it all worked out. The wands are doing their job, and the new attachment fits perfectly. All in all, a pretty smooth online shopping trip.

Mop head worked well

Got the mop head attachment. It fit perfectly. Shipping was fast. Happy with the purchase.

Always a reliable experience

I've ordered from MopRobo a few times now, and they're consistently good. My latest order was for the replacement disposable wands and a new charging dock. Everything arrived quickly, just like my previous orders for the mop itself and the cleaning solution. It's nice knowing what to expect in terms of shipping and product quality; that's why I keep coming back.

Good deal on first order

I was looking for a good cleaning solution and landed on MopRobo. I got a first-order discount on the floor deep cleaner, which made the price pretty competitive. The shipping was free too, which always helps. It felt like a solid value for what I paid. I was a bit hesitant at first, but the total cost made it worth trying out. The cleaner did a good job on my tile, so I'm happy with the purchase.

Solid cleaner, shipping could be faster

I bought the MopRobo cordless pickup mop because I heard it was good for large spills and pet hair, and it absolutely delivers on that front. It's surprisingly quiet, which is a big plus for evening cleaning. The build quality feels sturdy too. My only minor gripe was the shipping time for the initial order; it took a bit longer than I expected, though everything arrived in perfect condition. It's a great tool, but faster shipping would make the overall experience even better. The value for the money is still there, for sure.

Love my MopRobo mop!

Oh my goodness, I just received my MopRobo cordless pickup mop and it's incredible! I used it right away on a big kitchen spill and it handled it like a champ. So quiet, too, which is a huge plus. I was worried about cleaning up pet messes but this thing is a dream. The setup was super easy, and I was zipping around in minutes. I'm definitely going to get the tile cleaning kit next, and I've already told my sister about it. Seriously, if you're thinking about it, just get one!
